In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with your oil painting purchase, you have the option to have our Customer Service Department process an exchange or issue you a Returns Good Authorization (RGA) for a refund within 45 days of your invoice date. Refunds are processed less the actual shipping & handling costs to ship the order to you. All returns or exchanges must be sent to us freight prepaid, utilizing the original packaging to ensure it arrives to our facility damage-free. Please contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail or telephone to receive return/exchange instructions. We are not able to accept returns of oil paintings that have been altered in any way by the customer. All custom orders, including color changes, custom sizes, portraits from customer photos, oil paintings ordered that were not on our website, or any custom changes requested by the customer may only be returned for a store credit. In the event we are custom framing your oil paintings, all framed oil paintings are final sale. Please note that for international orders, any of the following charges paid by the customer are not refundable: customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

“Buy 1 Oil Painting – Get 1 Free” return policy: This sale allows you to purchase any oil painting displayed on our website and receive an additional oil painting of your choice of equal or lesser value for free. If the purchased oil painting is returned, you must either return the free oil painting or, if you intend to keep it, purchase the free oil painting at the price shown on our website. If the free oil painting is being returned, it is not refundable and can only be exchanged for an oil painting that is of equal or lesser value. Shipping and handling charges apply to any oil painting(s) shipped to you in exchange for any oil painting(s) returned during this sale.
