| How to download purchase orders have been placed? |

Into the "my orders" column, and then enter the details of order you want to download, click on the top of the table "Print Preview / Download This Order", here, you can print purchase orders, you can also Select All pages to copy, then paste To excel sheet to complete.

We do apologize for the inconvenience faced by you.
When you have submitted orders,add the shipping address.fill in your country at the national column,please use the right of the selected method. Because when you fill out, spelling errors, or to use the state abbreviation, the system can not determine where this country. So it can not automatically calculate shipping costs.
