5: When there is a painting you are looking for but can not be found on our site, you may upload the photo to "My Pictures" by the button "upload pictures". We will give a price to it, and then, you can order it as normal.

6: When the shopping is finished, our sales representative will come to you via email with the total cost and related information of the shipment&payment. Now the system has been able to automatically calculate shipping costs and give you a full cost but not include the bank transfer fee.

7: When the order is correct, pls kindly confirm it and make the payment when you can. We will start the production immediately once the payment reaches us.

9: The shipment will be made on the basis that you are satisfied with all the paintings. Once the paintings are shipped, our sales representative will send you a number to help you track the delivery. Normally, it would take around 3-5 working days in transit if by express.
